Return and Refund Policy

At Learn Loop Kids, we want you and your little ones to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and fully compliant with UK Consumer Rights.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at markjoneslivep2500@outlook.com.

  • Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at markjoneslivep2500@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the fault.

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.

  • In the case of faulty items, Learn Loop Kids will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or modified.

  • Products missing original parts or packaging.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments).

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.

6. Return Shipping

For standard "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
