Thank you for visiting and shopping at Learn Loop Kids. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and transparently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tracked shipping across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service interruptions or peak seasonal periods.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your parcel directly through our website or the courier’s portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Learn Loop Kids is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most UK domestic orders, no additional customs charges will apply.

5. Damages

Learn Loop Kids is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at markjoneslivep2500@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage in your email.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.

7. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us at markjoneslivep2500@outlook.com so we can assist in an investigation.
